“Yummy” and “disgusting” are as near as a light nuance in tone. Our brains are trained to imagine taste through colours: a ripe fruit, a tender and juicy meat, an exquisite wine. Often, inedible food looks tastier than the real one. Though I have some knowledge on creating that “tasty look” out of nowhere, I’m showing here, real tasty food at its best.
It’s both a challenge and a reward, to be able to "freeze", that appetising, perishable culinary moment.
