Kon Tum, Vietnam

These kids were found at the same spot as the ox cart racers. They did it several times, which allowed me to think on what to do -. in this case, filling the whole frame with a full body shot, to get something in between portrait and action, capturing not only the movement but also the expression.

The more they fill the frame, the more speed is required. Usually I tend not to go over ISO 400 for portraits, but here I had no other option since, 1/800 was barely enough fast. F/3.2 was chosen in fear of focusing issues, which luckily did’t happen.
